This policy explains the cookies and similar storage Manasity uses on manasity.com, in the dashboard and on the academy websites we host. It works together with our Privacy Policy.

We only set cookies that are not strictly necessary after you agree. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work (for example, to keep you signed in); others help us understand how the site is used. We also use your browser’s local storage to remember a few choices, such as your cookie choice.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the site secure and working. They are always on, because the site cannot work without them, and they are never used for analytics or advertising.

3. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

With your permission we use Google Analytics on our public pages (the marketing site, sign-in and sign-up) to understand how visitors find and use them. It is never used in the dashboard or on academy websites. We send page addresses without their query strings, and Google’s advertising features are off.

Until you agree, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” and never load it.

4. Academy websites

Each academy website shows its own cookie banner. With the visitor’s permission it sets one first-party cookie that recognizes returning visitors in the academy’s insights; declining changes nothing about how the website works. Students who sign in to an academy website get sign-in cookies for that website only.

5. Your choices

Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to accept or refuse analytics cookies, or to change your mind later. Refusing is as easy as accepting.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and may stop parts of the site from working.
Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics on every website: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Changes to this policy

If we add or change cookies we will update this page. If a change needs your consent, we will ask again before setting the new cookie.
